Consulting & Fractional Leadership

Strategic thinking at the speed of culture

I partner with brands, agencies, and cultural institutions that are building something worth paying attention to — and need strategic leadership that moves as fast as the world around them.

Services

Three ways to engage

Each engagement is scoped to fit your timeline and needs. I work with a small number of clients at a time to keep the work sharp.

01 — Strategy Sprint

Brand & Content Audit

Ideal for: brands at an inflection point, new CMOs finding their footing, or orgs with great instincts and no clear framework

02 — Project Engagement

Strategic Project Leadership

Ideal for: campaign launches, platform or content strategy builds, rebrand strategy, or specific strategic deliverables with a defined timeline

What's included

Full strategic development from brief to delivery

Cross-functional team leadership and integration

Stakeholder communication and alignment

Creative direction and quality oversight

Final strategic framework and documentation

You'll walk away with

A fully developed, defensible strategy with internal alignment baked in — not just slides, but a team that understands why, not just what.

03 — Ongoing Retainer

Fractional Strategy Leadership

Ideal for: scaling brands between senior hires, startups building a marketing function, or orgs that need VP-level thinking without VP-level overhead

What's included

Current state brand and content audit

Cultural landscape and competitor scan

Audience and channel strategy review

Strategic recommendations deck

2 working sessions + async support

You'll walk away with

A clear-eyed view of where your brand stands, where the gaps are, and a concrete roadmap for what to do about it — built on both performance data and cultural context.

What's included

Ongoing strategic partnership (monthly)

Executive team integration and advisory

Content, social, CRM, and influencer oversight

Team coaching and capability building

Priority access and rapid response support

You'll walk away with

A senior strategic voice embedded in your work — someone who knows your brand deeply and can move at the speed your organization needs.

Process

How an engagement works

I keep engagements small and focused. You'll always be working directly with me.

01

Discovery Call

We spend 30–45 minutes mapping your situation, goals, and where the gaps actually are. No pitch, no deck — just conversation.

02

Scoping & Proposal

I come back with a proposal shaped around what you actually need — not a menu of services to upsell.

03

Deep Work

We get into it. I work closely with your team or autonomously — whatever serves the project. Expect honesty and directness throughout.

04

Handoff & Activation

Strategy without activation is just a document. I make sure your team knows how to use what we built together.

Point of view

"Most brand strategies fail not because the data was wrong — but because the human insight was missing."

I built my career at the intersection of two disciplines that don't usually talk to each other: rigorous performance marketing and deep cultural practice. That dual fluency is the through-line in everything I do.

As a practicing artist and nonprofit arts leader, I understand how creative work is actually made — the choices, the tradeoffs, what gives it meaning. That changes how I approach brand strategy. I don't just look at what's performing. I look at why people care about anything in your category at all.

The brands I work with aren't just trying to be louder. They're trying to be worth paying attention to. That takes a different kind of thinking — and a different kind of partner.
